- Build and Grow the Team: Drive assertive hiring and onboarding to establish a strong technical organization in Singapore. Create diverse pipelines and equitable processes aligned with Micron's Talent Acquisition playbook.

- Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Establish operating mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs for validation coverage, cycle time, and detection efficiency.
- Ensure readiness for current and future HBM products through proactive planning and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across validation processes.
- Technical Oversight:
- Provide direction on validation priorities, resource allocation, and readiness for MBIST and Native Mode execution.
- Collaborate with global teams on material screening, debug strategies, and platform enablement to ensure execution readiness.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies (HBM4E, high-speed I/O, advanced test platforms) and guide the team toward future capability development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's in Microelectronics (or related).
- 10+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND product and validation engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles managing teams across global sites.
- At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
- Proven ability to lead people, set strategy, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with validation methodologies and platforms (MBIST, Native Mode) preferred; ability to guide technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building new teams or organizations in a global, multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated success in talent development and succession planning.
- Exposure to operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
