Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team in achieving targets, expanding client relationships, and driving sustained business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer loyalty and retention
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive growth
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, to maximize deal success
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare accurate reports and forecasts to inform decision-making
• Coach, train, and support sales team members to enhance their skills and improve overall sales effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction
