Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services.
• Follow company sales scripts and sales strategies to engage potential customers and generate interest.
• Handle customer objections and persuade customers to proceed with the offer.
• Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets / KPIs.
• Follow up with potential customers when required.
• Perform any other sales-related or ad-hoc duties assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
• Possess at least 2 years of sales related working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
