- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned food court outlets.
管理指定食阁档口的日常运营。 - Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability; implement strategies to achieve targets.
监控销售业绩,成本与利润,制定并执行达成目标的策略。 - Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with Singapore SFA regulations.
确保食品安全与卫生,并符合新加坡食品局(SFA)法规。 - Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff to maintain high operational standards.
带领,培训并指导档口经理及员工,保持高标准运营。 - Develop and implement regional operational strategies, marketing promotions, and customer service initiatives.
制定并执行区域运营策略,促销活动及客户服务计划。 - Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews of all outlets.
定期对所有档口进行审计,检查及绩效评估。 - Report regional performance and improvement plans to senior management.
向高级管理层汇报区域业绩及改进计划。
Qualifications / 任职要求
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
商业管理,酒店管理或相关专业大专/本科及以上学历。 - Minimum 5 years experience in F&B operations management, preferably in food courts or multi-outlet setups.
至少5年餐饮运营管理经验,优先考虑食阁或多店管理经验。 - Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
出色的领导力,团队管理能力及问题解决能力。 - Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations (SFA) and operational standards.
熟悉新加坡食品安全法规及运营标准。 - Ability to travel frequently across multiple outlets in the region.
能够频繁前往区域内各档口进行管理。
Preferred / 优先条件
- Experience in multi-brand F&B operations or franchise management.
有多品牌餐饮运营或连锁加盟管理经验。 - Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze P&L for multiple outlets.
具备财务分析能力,能够分析多店利润及损益。
