Sales Coordinator

We're a trading company specialising in lights, and we're looking for a Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying organised and learning about products to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the sales team
• Liaise with the team on product strategies and updates
• Assist walk-in customers with enquiries about lighting products
• Answer phone calls and emails, and prepare quotations
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries
• Source and compare product prices from suppliers
• Maintain proper filing of documents (digital and paper)

• Comfortable with IT tools and quick to adapt to new systems
