Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Specialty Chemical & Silicone
The Job:
- Drive new business development and sales delivery across South East Asia stakeholders
- Develop target customers and qualify new opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and achievement of sales, NPI, and profitability targets.
- Provide technical and commercial support to key accounts, working with global technical teams, local team and R&D to propose optimal solutions aligned with customer applications.
- Manage distributors and direct customers effectively, overseeing customer development, demand follow-up, order placement, updates, call reporting, and competitor intelligence.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to support NPI development, align with global strategies, and meet delivery lead-time commitments.
The Talent:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- 5 years and above sales experience in specialty chemical & silicone for EMS
