RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Take charge of entire assigned project and collaborate withbusiness partners closely on all issues and reviews related to the outsourcedcampaigns/projects.
- Involved in soft launches & pilot runs for all assignedprojects and ensure smooth operations of call products and/or services.
- Accountable for contractual and internal KPIs and manageperformance of assigned teams.

- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and salesstrategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min degree with minimum three (3) years of experience inContact Centre industry and handling government projects in an operational .
- COPC (Customer Operations Performance Centre) certification
- knowledge in contact center operations, telephony/IT systemsand contractual terms.
