Salary - $4800 - 6000 (Depending Experience) -from CallCentre

Working Hours - Mon to Sun - 5.5days

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
  • Take charge of entire assigned project and collaborate withbusiness partners closely on all issues and reviews related to the outsourcedcampaigns/projects.
  • Involved in soft launches & pilot runs for all assignedprojects and ensure smooth operations of call products and/or services.
  • Accountable for contractual and internal KPIs and manageperformance of assigned teams.
  • Involved in soft launches & pilot runs for all assignedprojects and ensure smooth operations of call products and/or services.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and salesstrategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min degree with minimum three (3) years of experience inContact Centre industry and handling government projects in an operational .
  • COPC (Customer Operations Performance Centre) certification
  • knowledge in contact center operations, telephony/IT systemsand contractual terms.
