Work Time:

1st Shift: 11:30AM - 3:30PM

2nd Shift: 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Full Shift: 11:30AM - 8:00PM

(Monday - Saturday, minimum 4 shifts or 2 full shifts per week)

Closed on Sundays

Job Scope:

Retail

• Engage and communicate with potential customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Offer samples and explain about products
• Promote without hard-selling, encouraging purchases and upsells
• Handle POS, digital payments, and packing of orders
• Monitor stock levels with periodic reporting and ordering
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience

General

• Ensure the pop-up looks neat, clean, and attractive at all times
• Organise and display products and signage to maximise visual appeal
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics code
• Be a part of work culture that is honest, hardworking, and humble
