We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant / Admin to support our finance and administrative operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, documentation, and generaloffice administration to ensure smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Support
- Assist with daily accounting entries
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents (digital & physical)
- Support GST submission and audit preparation (if applicable)
- Liaise with external accountant / auditor when required
Administrative Duties
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Maintain supplier, subcontractor, and client records
- Prepare simple reports (expenses, payment schedules, summaries)
- Assist with staff claims, petty cash, and reimbursements
- Manage emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. MYOB / Xero / QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Comfortable handling numbers and documentation
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD $2,500.00 - $3,500.00
- CPF contributions
- Annual leave & medical leave as per MOM guidelines
