Responsibilities:
Requirement
- Provide ASEAN region Headcount statistics and budgetary control reports to Japan Headquarter (HQ)
- Work closely with key partners within HR function of ASEAN Region, to understand the business priorities and deliver HR support to the group
- Administer Performance Management, Training & Development program for leaders in ASEAN Region
- Monitor and address compliance issues to be in line with legal compliance
- Collate and analyze HR related data to support key business decisions
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information in the in-house TMIS
- Provide support in all ad-hoc HR related projects assigned by HQ
Requirement
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency required for daily communication with Japan headquarters and coordination with Japanese-speaking teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR Management or equivalent
- At least 12 years relevant HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrate high level of ability to be confidential with sensitive information
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
