Job Description:

• Managed all administrative operations of the medical residency program, including scheduling rotations, exams, orientations, and meetings.
• Served as primary liaison between residents, faculty, hospital staff, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and program efficiency.
• Maintained resident records, performance evaluations, certifications, and program documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Coordinated educational events, workshops, and conferences for residents, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Managementor equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
