About the role

Join the team at RMDY Clinic as a full-time Clinic Manager. In this essential role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the clinic, ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
• Patient care duties including patient registration, maintaining appointments, addressing patient enquiries and dispensing of medications
• Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, assisting in clinical tasks such as ECG, dressing, assisting the doctor in surgical procedures
• Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines
• Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, account-keeping
• Administrative duties including answering phone calls, maintaining simple filing, maintaining purchase invoices and submitting to doctor for payment
• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
• Able to work on shifts
• Hours: 44 per week
• 5.5 work days. Operating hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sundays & PH closed
