Manage operations of various projects

 Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects

 Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project

 Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care

 Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)

 Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval

 Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing

 Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.

 Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client

 Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.

 Planning and executing project budgets.

 Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff

 Motivating and supervising assigned staff.
