Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Lead warehouse projects including setup, expansion, relocation, and automation.
- Plan project timelines, budgets, and resources; monitor progress and risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support warehouse layout optimization and WMS implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
- Prepare project reports and post-project reviews.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization.
- Benchmark warehouse operations against industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years' experience in warehouse operations and project management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and systems (WMS, CloudMES and Dashboard systems)
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
