Job Scope
Requirements
- Pick and pack items accurately according to pick lists or system orders
- Ensure correct quantity, quality, and proper labeling of goods
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods
- Perform stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs at all times
- Meet daily picking targets and productivity standards
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to carry, lift, and move goods
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of numbers and simple documentation
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
