About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, super-fast executor who thrives in Singapore's ultra-competitive real estate scene. You'll own end-to-end digital marketing, turning properties into must-see stories through compelling storytelling, rapid mobile video production, and lightning-quick campaign deployment. Speed, efficiency, and scroll-stopping content are non-negotiable in this fast-moving industry!

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and craft powerful property storytelling from emotional narratives to quirky, viral hooks that make viewers feel "I want to live here!"
• Shoot, capture, and edit high-quality mobile videos & Reels on-the-go (iPhone + apps like CapCut) fast turnaround from site visit to posting within hours
• Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns at high speed (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp blasts) while maintaining premium brand feel
• Produce engaging content daily & weekly with captions, carousels, 6-15s Reels, walkthrough scripts, short animations optimised for maximum engagement & leads
• Collaborate closely with agents; turn raw footage/assets into polished, story-driven content under tight deadlines
• Monitor performance in real-time, pivot quickly, and optimise for ROI in a results-driven, fast-paced market
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, and personalisation without sacrificing quality
• Support launch events, previews & open houses with rapid promo content & on-site social coverage

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 2-5+ years in digital marketing (real estate, lifestyle, or agency preferred. Singapore market experience a big plus)
• Strong storytelling ability... proven track record of creating emotional, quirky, or aspirational narratives that drive views
• Hands-on expertise in mobile video capturing & editing. Confident shooting on smartphone + fast, simple editing.
• Demonstrated ability to work at high speed & with high efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment. Can deliver quality content under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital tools: Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Basic Web Applications
• Excellent English (written & spoken). Able to write punchy, engaging, premium property copy in hours. Comfortable translating and vetting in Mandarin a strong plus.
• Creative eye for Singapore premium aesthetics + deep understanding of branding and current social trends
• Organised, proactive, and thrives when juggling multiple listings/campaigns simultaneously
• Singaporean / PR preferred

Nice-to-Haves but Not Necessary

• Prior real estate marketing experience (new launches, resale, landed properties)
• Portfolio showcasing fast-produced Reels/walkthroughs/story-driven property content (please share IG/TikTok links or examples)
• Familiarity with AI for rapid content gen (copy, visuals, scripting)
• Basic SEO/content distribution knowledge
