Job Summary

You will manage and consolidate client portfolios while acquiring new clients through targeted activities, delivering tailored financial advice and solutions to individuals and companies. You will build and sustain long-term client relationships and drive business growth through proactive prospecting and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate existing clients' portfolios to optimize financial outcomes and client satisfaction
• Acquire new clients by conducting outreach and leveraging monthly provided leads to expand the client base
• Provide personalized financial advice and develop customized solutions for individual and corporate clients to meet their estate planning needs
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients to ensure ongoing engagement and trust
• Deliver consistent, high-quality after-sales service to support client retention and satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to identify new business opportunities and grow the client network
