Lead sales operations for established instrumentation, valves & rotating equipment supplier. Providing complete engineering solutions to end users, EPCs & fabricators.

Key Duties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

• Identify new clients and manage existing accounts

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

• Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting

• Report performance metrics to Sales Director

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical or related field

• Proven sales management and team leadership experience

• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills

• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry, instrumentation & valves preferred

• Valid driving license with own vehicle preferred

• Excellent communication skills
