The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a hospitality background to support day-to-day accounting and HR administration for Soori Hotels & Resorts. This is a hands-on role based in Singapore, supporting operations across Soori High Line, New York, Soori Bali, and Soori Penang, and working closely with hotel and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

Accounts

• Handle daily bookkeeping for the Soori Group
• Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
• Assist with GST reporting and audits
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors

HR Administration

• Support immigration and work visa matters
• Support onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Prepare employment contracts and HR correspondence, and maintain staff records
• Coordinate payroll information and leave tracking
• Support general HR administration matters

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable supporting both accounting and HR tasks
