SnaccPaws is a boutique pet grooming and day-care studio dedicated to providing gentle, stress-free, and high-quality grooming experiences for our furry guests. As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and responsible Pet Groomer to join our team and support daily grooming operations.

You will work closely with our lead groomer to deliver safe, hygienic, and personalised grooming services while ensuring pets feel calm, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pet grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic styling
• Handle pets gently and confidently, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Observe and report any skin issues, health concerns, or unusual behaviour to the lead groomer or management
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas, tools, and equipment
• Assist with pet handling during peak hours and support day-care operations when required
• Provide friendly and professional service to pet owners, upholding SnaccPaws' brand standards
• Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and animal welfare practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in pet grooming is preferred (junior groomers or trainees with hands-on experience are welcome)
• Genuine love for animals, especially dogs and cats
• Patient, calm, and attentive when handling pets of different temperaments
• Willingness to learn and follow grooming standards and procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable handling pets of various sizes
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Relevant grooming certification is an advantage but not mandatory
