Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects timelines, quality, technical matters, safety, cost control and human resources
• Assist Senior Management to liaise with specialists, vendors, and clients
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or risks
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site meetings and progress meetings when required

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architectural or related field
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore
• Proficient with AutoCAD and able to vet and/or amend drawings
• Able to manage project site team and the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
• Computer literate and a good team player
• Effectively in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken)
