Job Summary

You will lead a team of riggers to deliver safe and efficient rigging and lifting operations using marine and construction ropes and equipment, driving operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply rigging and rigging machinery skills to perform lifting operations safely and effectively in marine and construction environments
• Lead and coordinate a team of riggers to execute rigging tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency
• Operate and manage 2" cables for lifting and rigging purposes, maintaining equipment integrity and performance
• Work independently to plan and execute rigging assignments, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Utilize at least five years of experience in the marine and construction ropes, lifting, and rigging industry to optimize operational outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess welding certification to enhance rigging and machinery maintenance capabilities

• Working hours: 5.5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
