This role is ideal for fresh ITE or Polytechnic graduates who are looking for a stable job with long-term growth.
No experience is required - training will be provided.

We prefer to groom and develop new people, so attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.

What You Will Do

Project & Operations Support

• Assist in coordinating daily lighting and electrical projects
• Support job scheduling and follow up on work progress
• Liaise with installers, suppliers, and internal team members

Documentation & Admin

• Prepare job sheets, delivery records, and simple project documents
• Assist with quotations and invoicing (training provided)
• Help with submission of basic site documents such as RA, SWMS, and PTW

Site Exposure & Learning

• Attend site visits when required to observe installation works
• Assist with simple site checks and measurements under supervision
• Learn practical knowledge of lighting systems and installation workflow

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh ITE or Polytechnic graduates are welcome
• Willing to learn and take guidance
• Organised, responsible, and reliable
• Comfortable with office work and occasional site visits
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients

(No driving required for this role)
