Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technology work-streams across project phases to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with business readiness and global delivery standards.
• DEF & EXE Planning: Develop Define and Execute phase plans; identify and onboard skilled resources aligned with project needs, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Financial & Risk Management:. Carry out financial closeout (POs, WBS) activities; manage RAID logs and risk mitigation.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance, billing, and support; ensure delivery is on track and aligned with project plans
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leads, offshore teams, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and governance.

Requirements
• Postgraduate degree such as MBA or PGDM in IT Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technology project management within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure Project or similar implementation project
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and audit processes.
• Knowledge of ITGC, automated controls, and business process controls
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Data Migration & Validation, Vendor Management & Governance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
