Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Management Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. The role involves managing vendors, supervising on-site teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in facilities performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including building maintenance, M&E systems, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
• Supervise and manage facilities staff and outsourced service providers.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, and statutory regulations.
• Manage service contracts, vendor performance, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Handle facilities-related incidents, breakdowns, and emergencies.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Support space planning, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to address facilities requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in facilities management, building management, or related fields.
• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building systems (M&E), safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), WSQ Facilities Management certification, or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with BCA, SCDF, and MOM compliance requirements.
