Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations &Office Manager to oversee the full order-to-delivery process and ensuresmooth daily office operations. This role supports the sales team, managescustomer service activities, and drives efficiency across our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Monitor order status, communicate updates, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify process gaps and lead improvements to enhance order fulfilment efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve operational issues.

Customer Service &CRM
  • Provide high-level customer support and ensure excellent service standards.
  • Train and guide customer service team members.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business.

Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.

Communication &Coordination
  • Act as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and other internal teams.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and operational follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service.
  • Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of order processing and customer service workflows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
