We are representing a leading industrial solutions provider seeking a Sales Engineer to build a career in consultative, solution-based sales. You will receive structured, paid training to become a technical expert in high-performance products and applications. With a proactive sales process and continuous mentorship, this role is ideal for individuals who enjoy technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and driving business growth in fast-paced environments.
Typically, you will spend part of the week in the office for training and planning, and the rest visiting customers to deliver face-to-face consultations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured paid product and application training (approx. 3-6 months).
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and industrial applications through classroom and on-the-job training.
- Provide technical consultation to customers and recommend suitable solutions for their operations.
- Build strong relationships and respond promptly to customer enquiries and requirements.
- Actively acquire new customers and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular site visits to manufacturers across various industries.
- Plan and execute territory and account strategies to grow market share.
- Support new product launches and market development initiatives.
- Organise and support seminars, demonstrations, and trade events when required.
- Manage daily sales activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in technical products and solution-based sales.
- Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to listen, analyse, and propose solutions.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and motivated to deliver measurable results.
- Willingness to learn through intensive training and mentorship programmes.
- Able to travel frequently (about 60% of the time), including occasional overnight trips.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
