Responsibilities:

• \tOversee residents' daily welfare, discipline, and regimentation standards.

• \tEnsure safety and security through checks, patrols, and emergency support.

• \tApply trauma-informed practices in daily interactions with residents.

• \tProvide care for residents' daily living needs and build positive relationships.

• \tParticipate in taskforce duties and support assigned operational tasks.

Requirements:

• \tMinimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma

• \tIndependent, resourceful and responsible

• \tFirm in upholding the standards and responsive in dealing with people

• \tPossess good communication and writing skills

• \tProficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
