Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient servicedelivery
• ⁠Lead and supervise a team of front desk staff, therapists, beauticians, andmedical professionals
• ⁠Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operating procedures
• ⁠⁠Monitor and manage clinic inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
• ⁠Handle scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and team development
• ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets through service promotion and customer retentionstrategies
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Work closely with the marketing and HQ teams to execute in-house promotionsand reporting
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, client satisfaction,and operational updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aesthetic clinic, retail, spa, or outlet management
• Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations, services, and customer expectations
• Proven ability to manage sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using POS or clinic management software (Plato)
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented attitude
