Client Relationship Management
Act as the point of contact for all matters concerning the assigned key account, from strategic discussions to operational queries.
Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, including C-level executives.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, present performance metrics, and identify new opportunities.

Service Delivery & Coordination
Serve as the central liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g. Corporate Admin & HR, Finance, Inventory & Warehouse)
Proactively monitor service performance against the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Work cross-functionally to ensure all client requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and met by the internal teams.

Dispute Resolution & Mediation
Act as the primary mediator in the event of any disputes or escalations between the client and the company.
Investigate issues thoroughly, coordinate with relevant internal departments to identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
Manage the situation with professionalism and diplomacy to deescalate conflict and preserve the business relationship.

Reporting and Communication
Provide regular internal reports on account health, potential risks, and upcoming opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and action plans.
