Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous, and professional table service
- Present menu items clearly and accurately, including set menus and wine/tea pairing
- Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and elegance of the dining area at all times
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle payments and guest feedback professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or full-service restaurant preferred
- Well-groomed, presentable, and service-oriented
- Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
