Job descriptions:
• \tEstablishing and leading the Company's sales and business development function in Singapore
• \tDeveloping and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• \tBuilding, mentoring, and managing the initial sales team
• \tSetting up standardized sales processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics
• \tManaging and expanding key client and distributor relationships
• \tDriving channel development, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives
• \tWorking closely with distributors and business partners to improve sales performance and brand visibility
• \tSupporting market entry efforts and strengthening the Company's credibility in a competitive and regulated environment
Job requirements:
• \tMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the beauty and personal care industry
• \tAbility to speak Chinese to effectively communicate with regional clients, distributors, and business partners (Mandatory)
• \tProven experience in regional market development, with exposure to markets such as China and Southeast Asia
• \tStrong background in sales execution, market expansion, and key account management
• \tDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, clients, and business partners
• \tExperience in leading and developing sales teams, particularly in early-stage or growing organizations
• \tHands-on experience managing end-to-end sales activities, including channel development and promotional planning
• \tStrong understanding of the competitive and regulatory landscape in the beauty and personal care sector
