We arelooking for a Sales Director/Senior Sales Director for managing &delivering revenue growth in the Banking, and Financial Services Sector(including new age digital banks and FinTech companies). The successfulcandidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and win deals.

The responsibilities include developing key growth salesstrategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategiesis required to achieve the financial targets.

Requirements:

➢ Minimum 12 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore

➢ Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.

➢ Hungry, motivated and self-driven

➢ Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

➢ Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

➢ Experience of working with System Integrators and similar companies in banking and financial services sector

➢ Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts

➢ Hunting experience

➢ Ability to open new strategic accounts

➢ Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

➢ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

➢ Business degree or equivalent.
