Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash and bank transactions in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process project-related payments with accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project-based income and expense records, and conduct regular reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow statements and project financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Handle general finance paperwork and provide administrative support to finance operations.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
