Role Overview
As our GTM Strategy Manager, you will be the architect of our growth. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, responsible for taking our cutting-edge AI solutions from the development lab to the hands of thousands of users. This is a high-impact role where you will define who our customers are, how we talk to them, and how we scale our presence in a hyper-competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans for new AI features and products, defining pricing, packaging, and distribution channels.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into the AI landscape. Identify emerging trends, monitor competitor movements, and pinpoint "Blue Ocean" opportunities for our app.
* User Personas & Positioning: Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop compelling messaging that translates complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven benefits for users.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "connective tissue" between Product teams (to influence the roadmap based on market feedback) and Sales/Marketing teams (to ensure consistent messaging).
* Performance Tracking: Define and monitor North Star metrics for product launches (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention) and iterate strategies based on data.
* Ecosystem & Partnerships: Identify and vet potential strategic partners to expand our reach within the AI ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 3-6 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or Strategy Consulting, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth AI startup.
* AI Literacy: A strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows) and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Data-Driven: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude) to extract insights from user behavior.
* Communication: Exceptional English writing and presentation skills. You can tell a story that excites both developers and C-suite executives.
* Agility: A "founder mindset"-comfortable with ambiguity and capable of pivoting quickly in a market that changes every week.

* Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
* A background in a specific vertical (e.g., AI for Fintech, Healthcare, or Creative Tools).
