Job requirements
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect changes
Resource Coordination
- Organize and allocate resources (materials, equipment, personnel) in collaboration with project managers and department leads
- Track inventory and procurement needs for ongoing projects
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance records
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for management and stakeholders
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.Facilitate meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items
Risk & Compliance
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues promptly.Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
