($4,500.00-$7,500.00)

Our client is a public-sector organisation responsible for managing large-scale facilities and operations across multiple sites in Singapore, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

We are seeking qualified and experienced Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officers to support safety operations at government-managed facilities in Singapore. This is a long-term engagement with stable working hours and exposure to large, complex operating environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct weekly on-site safety inspections and ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Review and maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures, methods
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and dangerous occurrences, and submit timely incident reports
• Prepare and submit monthly WSH reports, inspection findings, and safety documentation
• Conduct safety orientations, briefings, and training for staff and contractors
• Organise and participate in monthly WSH meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes
• Advise management on safety measures, equipment, and regulatory updates
• Support inspections by authorities and internal audits
• Maintain proper safety records and logbooks as required under WSH regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, or similar environments
• Physically fit and able to conduct regular outdoor inspections
• Strong knowledge of WSH legislation and incident investigation procedures
• Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to respond to emergencies and ad-hoc assignments when required

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• One (1) late shift per week (rostered in advance), if required
• Ad-hoc after-hours support may be required during emergencies or special operations
