Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Sales Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems, analyze sales performance metrics, and generate reports on trends and forecasts.
- Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Process sales orders, coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and handle client inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and manage scheduling for sales meetings and travel.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales workflows to increase productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in onboarding new sales staff and act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and finance departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system
- Manage daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
- Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Lead, train, and oversee the inventory control team
- Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure efficient inventory flow
- Develop, improve, and implement inventory SOPs and best practices
- Identify and implement improvements to increase accuracy, reduce errors, and optimize space usage
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Master's s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Sales operations or Business administrative support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with sales reporting and data analysis
