Qualifications & Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within top-tier global freight forwarding / logistics companies
(e.g. DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, DB Schenker, DSV, CEVA, Maersk, FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc.)
2. Strong industry network within logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain talent market in Singapore.
3. Proven experience in active sourcing / headhunting for senior and niche roles, not limited to transactional hiring.
4. Able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
5. Strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics, talent competition, and compensation trends.
6. Self-driven, mature, and able to operate independently as a senior individual contributor.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping for key roles supporting the company's growth in Singapore, including but not limited to:
Strategic Key Account Manager, Supply Chain Solutions, Project Implementation, Operations Leadership, etc. - Build and maintain strong market intelligence on competitor structures, talent movements, and salary benchmarks within top-tier global forwarding and logistics companies.
- Develop and own a high-quality talent pool across the logistics and supply chain industry, with particular focus on senior and hard-to-fill positions.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership (Headhunting-driven)
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from specialist to senior leadership levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand organizational needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Take a proactive headhunting approach to identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates from the market, rather than relying purely on inbound applications.
- Act as a trusted hiring advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on talent availability, market competitiveness, and hiring risks.
3. Recruitment Channels & Pipeline Development
- Develop and manage diversified recruitment channels including LinkedIn sourcing, industry networks, referrals, professional communities, job platforms, and selected search partners.
- Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, and commercial functions.
- Strengthen employer branding within the industry through professional engagement and candidate experience.
4. Recruitment Process & Data Optimization
Design, improve, and continuously optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
