Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Support in-store retail sales and assist customers at the counter
• Welcome, engage, and provide assistance to walk-in customers
• Prepare and manage customer collection orders accurately and efficiently
• Carry out customer verification and KYC procedures in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable retail environment
• Undertake additional sales or operational tasks as required to support the business

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing retail or service-related role
• Background knowledge or exposure to precious metals, bullion, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanour
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to develop
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
