Responsibilities:

We are looking for a friendly, out-going, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and supporting daily store operations to meet sales targets.

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve store sales targets
• Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions and cash handling
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks
• Support promotions, campaigns, and peak period operations
• Handle customer feedback and basic after-sales queries professionally
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and reliability
• Comfortable with standing for long hours
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
