On behalf of our clients, we're recruiting Assistant Relationship Managers / Client Services Officer to support high-performing teams at leading Private Wealth Management institutions in Singapore. In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with Relationship Managers to service HNW and UHNW clients, gaining invaluable exposure to best-in-class private banking practices and building a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to Relationship Managers while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Execute a broad range of banking and investment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide high-quality client and account administration services, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
• Handle and resolve day-to-day client and RM queries on transactional activity, operations, and account processes.
• Support RMs in client onboarding, including client profiling, KYC due diligence, and documentation input into relevant systems.
• Ensure all client documentation, records, and reporting comply with internal policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, risk awareness, and adherence to internal control, compliance, and risk governance frameworks.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years of client service experience in private wealth management or banking, covering Taiwanese or NRI clients.
• Holding valid MAS-recognised certifications, including CACS Papers 1 and 2 and the relevant CMFAS modules, or the ability to obtain them promptly.
• Strong general banking knowledge with solid understanding of private banking products and investment solutions.
• Strong communication abilities (verbal & written) in English, and Mandarin if covering Taiwanese clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent execution and follow-through.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with composure and precision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Genuine commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
