Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Client Acquisition Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales momentum in financial services. You will engage customers, guide them through loan processes, and contribute to expanding our business.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing customers through outbound calls to promote loan and balance transfer products
• Guide clients to submit income documents and calculate their eligible loan amounts based on annual income
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the team manager to implement effective sales and service strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior sales experience to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness
• Ability to speak Mandarin to communicate with a broader client base
• No experience required - full training will be provided.
