Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Manage a team of sales executive to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Sales development for Industrial products.
- Regular customer engagement to get customer information, competitive trend, explore new sales opportunities and maintain good relationship.
- Create business plan and setting of personal targets to meet company KPIs.
- Budget and allocate resources and expenses.
- Submit monthly sales report and project updates.
- Handling customer complaints and addressing customer issues.
- Ad-hoc support on delivery, collection, returns, and customer related issues.
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge of Energy & Industrial related products.
- Strong market development & product introduction abilities.
- Good negotiation & communication skills.
- Dedication with strong responsibilities, and able to take up new challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the related Industry.
- Sales in other Industry may be considered with proven track record
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese.
