Job Description & Requirements

• Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc)
• Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
• Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of related working experience in related field is required for this position
• Diploma / Degree in Management
• Prefer working experience in Construction field can commence within short period
• Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
