Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and project quality standards
- Inspect workmanship and materials used on site
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel on technical matters
- Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports
- Identify and report non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Qualified Person
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience (viaduct structures, MRT projects or road works)
- Able to work independently and stationed full-time on site
