Job Description:
  • Develop, execute, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies to promote Chinese language learning resources across local and international markets.
  • Manage and optimize digital touchpoints, including websites, social media channels, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure consistent brand presence and performance.
  • Drive brand awareness, qualified traffic acquisition, and sustained customer engagement through data-driven online initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret website and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize digital campaigns, funnels, and media spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and marketing efficiency.
  • Enhance user experience (UX) and conversion performance across online platforms through testing, optimization, and user behavior analysis.
  • Stay abreast of evolving e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies, translating insights into scalable business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or performance marketing, with a demonstrated track record of results.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end online marketing strategies, including traffic acquisition, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce operations.
  • Hands-on experience with mainstream digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify or equivalent tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with the Chinese language learning ecosystem or education-related content.
