- Lead project implementation using appropriate project management methodologies, standards, and tools to drive and facilitate successful project delivery.
- Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Ensure the assigned project meets requirement targets, aligns with the organization's strategic objectives, and adheres to best practices.
- Implement effective governance processes for project acceptance based on sound business cases.
- Provide the project owner with the information needed to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee project KPIs, monitor performance against standards, and take timely corrective actions.
- Review project schedules, quality, and cost deliverables.
- Regularly monitor and report project performance and progress to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate documentation and administration for the assigned project.
- Proactively handle administrative tasks independently (e.g., follow-ups from meetings, scheduling, taking minutes, compiling requirements, etc.).
