We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure high standards of service, food quality, and compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about the F&B industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

⸻ Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and effective emergency handling
• Implement and monitor food quality, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to exceed regulatory and company requirements
• Train, coach, and develop staff by conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities
• Foster a disciplined work environment and actively promote positive team morale to drive employee engagement and retention
• Manage inventory through accurate stocktaking and timely replenishment to optimize resource availability and reduce waste
• Ensure strict compliance with all licensing, safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations to maintain operational integrity
• Prepare and analyze monthly operational and performance reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
• Support staff scheduling and workforce planning to align labor resources with business demands efficiently
