Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: SGD 5,500 - 7,000
  • Monthly Off Days: 8 days
  • Annual & Sick Leave: In accordance with MOM regulations

⸻ Working Hours
  • 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM

(Comfortable split shift in a fully air-conditioned working environment)

⸻ About the Role We are a well-established chain restaurant with a positive and professional working environment. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure high standards of service, food quality, and compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about the F&B industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

⸻ Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and effective emergency handling
  • Implement and monitor food quality, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to exceed regulatory and company requirements
  • Train, coach, and develop staff by conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities
  • Foster a disciplined work environment and actively promote positive team morale to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Manage inventory through accurate stocktaking and timely replenishment to optimize resource availability and reduce waste
  • Ensure strict compliance with all licensing, safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations to maintain operational integrity
  • Prepare and analyze monthly operational and performance reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Support staff scheduling and workforce planning to align labor resources with business demands efficiently

  • Demonstrated experience managing food and beverage operations in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and high service standards
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and operational challenges
  • Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences
