Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive new business development and manage key accounts within the steel line pipe segment.
• Lead major contract negotiations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Travel across Southeast Asia (40-50%) to engage clients and support regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of relevant sales experience in steel line pipe or oil & gas-related products, with regional exposure.
• Strong experience managing major accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Good understanding of pipeline projects and oil & gas infrastructure requirements.
